Located in Casablanca, this project, VILLA HANA, is a contemporary residential home defined by clarity, proportion, and a quiet architectural presence. The design explores a modern Mediterranean language, where clean geometric volumes are softened by natural textures and a restrained, elegant material palette.
The villa is shaped as a composition of horizontal layers, creating depth, shadow, and privacy while maintaining a strong visual connection to its surroundings. Large openings and framed views bring natural light deep into the interior, blurring the boundary between indoor living and the landscaped exterior.
A palette of warm neutrals, stone-inspired finishes, and subtle dark accents grounds the architecture in its context, while lush greenery wraps the perimeter, adding softness and life to the structure. The landscape is not a backdrop but an extension of the architecture, reinforcing a sense of calm order and refined domestic living.
